black lump caviar
1 c. sour cram
1 red onion

Layer in compote:
#1 - fine chopped egg salad w/Hellman's mayo, barely moist
#2 - caviar
#3 - sour cream
#4 - red onion chopped

Serve on thin slices of pumperknickel bread.
