4 T sugar
2 1/2 T dry mustard (Coleman's)
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg yolk
1 cup evaporated milk
3 scant T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients and add slightly beaten egg yolk.
Scald cream and stir into first mixture.
Cook in double boiler till thickened.
Then stir in vinegar.
Serve hot or cold.
