1 litro de leche
10 huevos enteros
1 taza de azucar

Mezclarlo bien en la licuadora. Se le agrega cascada de limon (1 o2), tambien se puede rallar.
Se hace una miel a punto de caramelo ( 1 taza de azucar al fuego, cuando se derrite se le echa al pyrez y despues de le echa el batido.
Se mete al orno por una hora o 1 1/4 a 300 grados F.
