1 lb ground sausage
Bag of frozen chopped onion
Bag of “ O'Brien” potatoes that have bell peppers included
A dozen eggs
A Bag of cheddar cheese

14 inch Dutch Oven with 24 briquettes

Light the briquettes

Put most of the briquettes under the Oven to brown the sausage

As the sausage is nearly done, add the onions stirring as needed

When the onions are in, leave 8 briquettes under the pot, cover and put 16 on the lid

When the onions are mostly done, add the potatoes stirring as needed

Crack the eggs into a bowl

Flatten the potatoes, onions and meat with a spatula and pour on the eggs as evenly as possible

Salt and pepper to taste

Replace the lid

When the eggs are almost done, spread the cheese on top of the eggs

When the eggs are done, the cheese melted and a little brown, it is time to serve. Hopefully you cooked biscuits in another Dutch Oven.
