2-3 Large baking potatoes, Sliced in 1/2 in thick
1/4 c. butter
8 slices bacon
2 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. green onions
sour cream (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and brush on both sides of potato slices. Bake at 400º on ungreased cookie sheet for 30-40 minutes, turning once. While slices are baking, fry bacon and crumble ,shred cheddar cheese and chop green onions. After potatoes are slightly brown, cover with bacon cheese and onions and continue heating until the cheese melts. Serve with sour cream if desired. A REAL HIT!
