4 large bell peppers
1/2 lb. ground beef (seasoned)
1 tsp.soy sauce
1 tsp.Worcestershire Sauce
1 medium onion
1 c. cooked rice
1 small can tomato sauce
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops off peppers. (Reserve tops) Clean peppers, then boil in water until peppers are soft and flexible. Remove peppers from water. Prepare ground beef with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, egg and chopped onions Mix well then stuff the peppers with mixture. Mix tomato sauce with 1/2 c. water, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture in bottom of baking dish. Set peppers in mixture.
Place tops on peppers. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes.
