1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
2 small cans mushrooms
2 cans crescent rolls
Swiss cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion; drain off fat and add cream of mushroom soup, sauerkraut, and sliced mushrooms. Mix thoroughly and heat. Meanwhile, in a 9 x 13 greased pan, lay out enough crescent rolls to cover bottom of pan. Bake in 325º oven for 8-10 minutes until it puffs up. Cover crescent rolls with meat mixture and layer top with Swiss cheese slices. Use remaining crescent rolls to cover top and continue baking another 15 minutes or until top is flaky.
