1/2 lb. wide egg noodles
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar (can substitute Splenda)
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter melted
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

Boil noodles, drain, and rinse in cold water.
In large bowl, beat eggs and sugar.
Add cottage cheese, sour cream and vanilla.
Add half the melted butter to mixture - use the other half for greasing the pan.
Add a little cinnamon.
Mix in noodles.
Put in pan and sprinkle with cinnamon on top before baking.
And bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
