3 c. ground green bell peppers
1/2 c. ground jalapeņo peppers
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c cider vinegar
6 oz bottle of liquid pectin
4-5 drops green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds before grinding peppers Then mix with sugar and vinegar. Bring to boiling point, boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Allow to cool slightly. Add pectin and food coloring. Mix well. Strain, Then pour into hot sterilized jars. Seal, Yields 6 pints
