1/2 cucharadita de sal
1/2 cucharadita de canela
1/4 de cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio

1/2 taza de mantequilla o margarina, ablandada
1 huevo
1/2 cucharadita de vainilla
1/4 taza de leche
1 taza de avena
3/4 taza de pasas
1/2 taza de nueces pecan o nueces, picadas

Precaliente el horno a 375. En un tazón pequeño, combine la harina, la sal, la canela y bicarbonato de sodio; Ponga a un lado. En un tazón grande, combine el azúcar y la mantequilla; batir hasta que esté cremosa. batir huevo y vainilla hasta ligero y esponjoso. Agregue la leche. Agregue la mezcla de harina y mezclas por separado a crema de avena, mezclando bien después de cada adición. Agregue las pasas y nueces.
