Precalienta el horno a 375 º f.
Crema juntos el acortamiento y dos azúcares.
Añada los huevos, la vainilla, harina, bicarbonato de sodio y sal.
Una vez con la manteca, azúcar, huevos, vainilla, harina, bicarbonato de sodio y pasta de sal es todo crema juntos, añadir los trocitos de chocolate.
Mezcla junto, bien.
Colocar la masa de galletas por cucharaditas sobre galletas sin enmantecar.
Hornee por aproximadamente 9-12 minutos o hasta que estén doradas.
