Mix together:
2 Tbls Olive oil
2 Tbls Lemon juice
1 Tbls Mayonnaise

Mix together:
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp salt

¼ lb fresh parmesan cheese cut in tiny cubes
Combine olive oil mixture, garlic mixture and parmesan cubes. Refrigerate overnight

1 cup chopped walnuts (baked @ 350 for 10 minutes until almost burnt)
¼ cup dried parsley

4 endive

Right before serving combine walnut mixture with parmesan cheese mixture. Spoon into endive
