1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. water
1 c. flour
4 eggs

2 small boxes of instant vanilla pudding
4 c 2% milk
8 oz pkg of softened cream cheese
8 oz thawed Cool Whip
chocolate syrup
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Bring butter and water to boil. Remove from heat and put in mixer bowl. Add flour, stirring briskly. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well each time. Spray jelly roll pan, and spread mixture on it. Bake at 400º for 20 - 30 minutes until light golden brown. Cool. Topping: Mix pudding with 4 cups milk. Combine with soft cream cheese. Spread topping on cake. Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and chopped nuts. Refrigerate.

I drizzle the chocolate syrup in straight lines, then take a butter knife and cut and drag through lines against the grain, and it makes a very attractive topping.
