3/4 cup milk
2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup bread crumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp. dried thyme
4 haddock fillets
¼ cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500º. In a small bowl combine milk and salt. On a large plate stir together bread crumbs, cheese and thyme. Dip the fillets in the milk then press into the crumbs to coat. Transfer the fillets to a glass baking dish and drizzle with melted butter. Bake on the top rack until the fish flakes easily, about 13 - 15 minutes.
