2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla 1 large can crushed pineapple
coconut (optional)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Frosting 1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. powder sugar
1 stick margarine softened
Pecans for garnishing (optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with a spoon. (NO MIXER) Put into a floured and greased oblong pan. Bake at 350º 30-40 minutes or until done.

Mix frosting while cake is cooking Mix together cream cheese, powder sugar and margarine. Mix well

Frost as soon as you remove from oven.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans (optional)
