1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2Tbl peanut butter (creamy)
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour

Filling:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup raspberry jam
Confectioner's sugar (for dusting)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make dough: Beat butter, sugar, p. b. and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour, beat until soft dough forms. Divide in 1/2, wrap in plastic, chill in 30 minutes.
2. Roll to 3/8" between lightly floured wax paper. Refrigerate until firm (20 min.)
3. Heat oven to 300`, cut snowflakes using snowflake cookie cutter, bake 15 minutes (pale golden at edges).
4. Make filling.
5. spread peanut butter on bottom cookie (1 tsp). Place dollop of Jam in cookie center. Top with cut out cookie and gently press sandwich together.
dust with confectioner's sugar.
