1/2 c. butter
1c. bron sugar
1 1/2 c. sifted all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats

filling:
1/4 c. sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 c. water
2 c. raisins

icing:
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon milk

Directions:

to make the filling first combine sugar and constarch in saucepan; stir in water and raisins and cook over med. heat until thickened. cool. cream butter and sugar. sift dry ingredents; stir into creamed mixture. add ats and 1 tablespoon water; fimly pat half of mixture in greased 9x13 inch baking pan. spread with filling. mix remaining crumb with 1 tablespoon water; spoon over filling and pat smooth. bake at 350º for 35 min. sift confectioners sugar and cinnamon from icing ingredents and add enough milk to make it drizzle. dizzle icing over filing. cool
