14 oz. Can plum tomatoes
1/2 t. Salt and pepper
1 t. Basil
1 lb. Cream cheese, whipped until light
1 T. Lemon juice
1/4 t. Salt and pepper
1/4 c. Asiago cheese, shredded
1/4 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Crab meat
1/4 c. Mayo
1 c. Canned artichokes chopped
1/2 t. Garlic salt
Pepper
1/4 c. Chopped tomatoes and fresh parsley, for garnish
Pita or tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Puree tomatoes with salt, pepper and basil.
Whip cream cheese with mayo, lemon juice and salt and pepper until light and fluffy.
Saute artichokes in a little olive oil, with garlic salt and pepper until softened and fragrant.
Stir cream cheese mixture, shredded cheeses, crab and sautéed artichokes together.
Place in oven proof dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Place in 350º oven for about 20 minutes or until heated thru and bubbly. Heat tomato sauce mixture in saucepan on the stove, or in microwave. Pour some sauce over heated crab mixture and sprinkle with fresh parsley and chopped tomato. Serve with warm tortilla or pita chips.

This was our favorite appetizer on the menu at Joey's until they stopped making it. Luckily Mom got the recipe!
