3 lbs thin to medium asparagus, trimmed
1 cup mayonnaise
4 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 - 4 tsp wasabi paste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blanch asparagus in 2 batches in a large saucepan of boiling water for 1-minute. Transfer to an ice bath to stop the steaming. Drain and pat dry. Refrigerate until ready to use.

2. Whisk together mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar, lemon, and wasabi paste until smooth. Serve along side asparagus.
