2/3 c sliced carrots
1/2 c diced onion
1 garlic cloves, minced
3 c Fat Free broth (any flavor)
1.5 c diced green cabbage
1/2 c green beans
1 T tomato paste
1/2 t dried basil
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t dried oregano
1 zucchino squash sliced

In a large saucepan sprayed with non stick spray, saute carrot, onion and garlic over low heat until softened, about 5 minutes. Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano and salt. Brink to boil. Lower heat and simmer covered about 15 minutes. Add Zucchini and heat 3-4 more minutes
