1 large pan potatoes
2 cans Kale
smoked sausage
1 stick butter
brown gravy mix packet
(can divide recipe in half)
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with salt, add sausage to potatoes for a little while.
Meanwhile, brown butter, transfer sausage with butter is brown. Add water and beef gravy (beef bouillon) to make gravy. When the potatoes are tender, drain most of the water. Add the Kale and mash with a masher.
Serve with the sausages and gravy.
