3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup shortening
5 tablespoons cold tap water
1 egg
1 teaspoon vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and shortening forming small pea size shapes. Combine the water, egg and vinegar. Add liquid to dry ingredients forming a ball shape. Roll out to form pie crust.
Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes
