Ingredients:  
Combine in a pan-cook over medium heat until thickened:
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 cups milk
Add:
6 egg yolks(add a small amount of warm mixture to egg yolks before adding to thickened mixture) Heat until cooked(about 2-3 minutes)
Add:
2 1/2 tablespoons Knox gelatin dissolved in 6 tablespoons of milk(Take off heat)
Whip until stiff the 6 egg whites then add to thickened mixture along with 1 tablespoon of vanilla. Place in refrigerator over night.

When ready to make pies-whip 2 cups cream and add to whipped cooled mixture.

Add your favorite ingredients(banana's, coconut's, etc)

Top with 1 cup whipped sweetened cream
