1 1/2 lb. italian sausage
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
2 cans tomato sauce (16 oz. each)
1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz.)
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and garlic in the olive oil. Add bay leaves, oregano, basil, italian seasoning, salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 more minutes. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Bring to simmer over medium heat. Cover and simmer for a minimum of 1 1/2 hours.
