Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. Jumbo lump crab
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 C mayo
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 - 1/2 tsp red pepper
1 T drained horseradish
1 T lemon juice
1/4 C plain bread crumbs
Old Bay seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Put crab in bowl and sprinkle with Old Bay. (a lot is good)
Mix together egg, mayo, worchestershire, salt, red pepper, horseradish, lemon juice, bread crumbs.
Add crab, trying not to shred the crab.
Stir lightly to keep crab lumped.

Spoon on to a baking sheet to any size desired but they do better smaller.

Broil 5 min. on each side on top rack.
The time may vary depending on your broiler so I usually watch closely not to burn.

They can also be made into patties and cooked in a skillet in oil over medium heat. Turn when browned. Safer for ADD people like Dorrie!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Dorrie, do not put under broiler oven and leave the room!

Note if you don't like HOT: 1/2 tsp. red pepper makes them quite hot. I use less pepper and a little more horseradish.
