2 Cucumbers
Family-size pkg. of ham or turkey
8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Peel cucumbers, cut lengthwise, and cut in half. Dab ham with paper towels. Spread softened cream cheese on ham, place cucumber, and roll. Place logs in fridge. Cut with sharp knife later. They are not so messy and look nicer. Love these!

Fresher taste compared to dill pickle roll ups.
