½ cup heavy cream
12 ounces dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons hot coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Place cream and chips in top of double boiler. Put over hot water in bottom pan and place on medium heat. Simmer, stirring until chocolate melts and blends into cream. Add honey and coffee. Stir until mixed. Serve over ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
