1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix together the dry ingredients and make a well. Combine the wet ingredients and pour into the well. Stir until moist and add the pecans. Mix until incorporated. Fill muffin tins to 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
