1 tube refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough {or sugar cookie dough}
½ cup caramel ice cream topping
½ cup cold milk
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
¾ cup chopped nuts
1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping thawed
¾ cup English toffee bits
3 oz semisweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons butter

Let dough stand at room temp for 5-10 minutes to soften then press into 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-16 minutes and cool completely. Spread caramel topping over crust.

In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix 2 minutes. Let stand until soft set. Fold in whipped topping, nuts and toffee bits. Spread over caramel layer. Cover and freeze for 4 hours. In microwave, melt chocolate and butter and stir until smooth. Drizzle over pudding layer. Cut into squares.
