1/2 cup butter
1 can corn, drained
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add drained corn and heat. Sprinkle flour over buttered corn, making a paste and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring. Add milk. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, add more milk and heat before serving, depending on the thickness desired. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, or stir in right before serving.
