1 c. brown sugar (not packed)
1/4 c. dry mustard (Coleman's)
1 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 c. vinegar
2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, mustard, flour, salt. Dissolve beef bouillon cube in 1/2 c. hot water. Add with vinegar to dry ingredients. Mix well. Add eggs and cook in top of double boiler over hot water until it is consistency of soft custard. Cool. Serve in a sauce boat along with ham.
