10 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 stick butter
1/2 gallon milk
1-2 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes about 1/4-inch thick. Place in saucepan and cover with water. Add small amount of salt. Place lid on saucepan, and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and return potatoes to saucepan. Add green onions, milk and butter. Simmer until hot. Add salt and pepper to taste.
