Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pack yeast
1cup very hot tap water
1tbsp sugar
2tbsp oil
3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in hot water
Add sugar until dissolved
Add oil-stir until well blended
Add flour one cup at a time
1st cup will make a smooth paste
2nd cup will make a sticky dough
3rd cup will make a nice smooth dough that will not stick

Place dough in a bowl, cover with clean cloth. Let sit until the dough doubles in size (about an hour).

Note: I have rolled it out right after making or within a 1/2 hour. The key is to having a HOT oven!

Punch dough onto a large cookie sheet (you can make two smaller pizzas if you;d like) . Top with any tomato sauce, cheese and toppings that your little heart desires!

Bake on low rack at 400º 10-11 minutes and enjoy!!
