1 package breakfast pork sausage patties or 1 package Jimmy Dean bulk pork breakfast sausage
2 heaping tablespoons flour
2 c. Milk, or more as needed
Salt and pepper to taste
Cajun seasoning to taste (optional)
Cheddar Biscuits or Simple Drop Buttermilk Biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Break apart sausage patties in large skillet and cook until brown. Sprinkle flour over sausage and cook, stirring, for one minute. Slowly add milk and cook , stirring occasionally, until thickened. Season to taste. Add more milk as needed to reach desired consistency. Serve over Cheddar Buttermilk Biscuits (see recipe).
