13 1/2 oz. bread flour
1 tbsp. plus 2 1/3 tea. sugar
1 tbsp. plus 2 1/3 tea. egg mix, dried
1 tbsp. plus 2 1/3 tea. powder milk
1 1/3 tea. salt
2 1/4 tea. yeast
1 c. plus 1 1/3 tea. hot water
2 tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tea. soybean oil
1 pound plus 1 2/3 oz sliced ham
12 1/3 oz mozzarella cheese
1/2 small can tomato paste
1/4 tea ground basil
1/8 tea. marjoram, dried
1/8 tea. thyme dried
1/8 tea. dried oregano leaves
dash of red cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. plus 2/3 tea. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
mix 1st 8 ingredents to make dough. in a med. bowl mix together the last 7 ingredents for the sauce. roll out the dough lay out a layer of ham then sliced cheese on to spread some sauce over meat and cheese. fold one side of the dough ove the meat and cheese, layer another layer of meat and cheese and sauce. fold over last side of the dough over the meat and cheese and seal the edges.
bake in a 350ºf oven for 20 min or until brown
