3 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
2 large packages cubed herb seasoned stuffing
4 large whole onions, sliced thin & quartered
1 whole stalk celery cut in crosswise slices
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 loaf white bread, each slice toasted golden brown & totally dried
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 1/2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
2 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoons black or white pepper
6 eggs
4 egg whites
dash Mrs. Dash's seasoning

Melt butter in large frying pan. Add onions & celery. Steam 20 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix. Separately soak toasted bread in cold water. Squish bread & pour out water. Separately mix 3 3/4 cups very hot water with seasoned bread crumbs. Toss gently until water is absorbed. Mix bread and bread crumbs together in very large bowl. In other bowl mix together eggs and egg whites. Pour into bread mixture. Also pour vegetable mixture into bread mixture. Mix. Put into large casserole (or 2) leaving plenty of room for expansion. Cook covered at 350º for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through and browned on top. Enjoy!!!
