2 large zucchini, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tablespoon flour
2 packets George Washington Seasoning, rich brown
1 egg, beaten
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 small can Durkee's French Fried onions
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

Directions:
Place zucchini and onion in microwaveable dish. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover. Microwave on High approximately 10 minutes. Drain zucchini mixture. Mix sour cream, sharp cheddar cheese, flour, egg, George Washington seasoning, and salt & pepper to taste. Add to zucchini mixture. Microwave uncovered on High 2-3 minutes, stirring every minute until cheese is melted and mixture starts to set. (You may have to cook additional minutes - zucchini should be quite soft at this time.) Add French Fried onions and cooked, crumbled bacon as topping. Microwave, uncovered, an additional 2 minutes on High.
