2 c. browned sausage or chopped ham
2 c. milk
2 c. cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
2 lbs. tater tots
Salt and pepper to taste

Layer meat and cheese in 8x10 casserole, well sprayed. Mix milk, beaten eggs, and seasonings. Pour over meat. Top with tater tots. Bake 350
until potatoes are browned.

When I need this early in the morning, I refrigerate before I add the potatoes, then finish the next day. At times I add minced onion.
