Brown together:
1-1/2 pounds hamburger
chopped onion
salt and pepper

3 potatoes - peeled and thinly sliced

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 soup can of milk

1-1/4 cups crushed Wheaties
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fat from fried hamburger and put in the bottom of a lightly greased casserole dish or 9 x 13 pan. Lay thinly sliced potatoes on top of hamburger. Mix together soup, sour cream and milk. Pour over potatoes. Top with grated cheese and the crushed Wheaties.

Bake uncovered 1 to 1-1/2 hours at 350º until the potatoes are done.
