Ingredients:  
1 loaf sliced French bread
1 pkg. Swiss cheese slices
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
1 T. poppy seed
1 T. yellow mustard
2-3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cheese diagonally, place two pieces between each slice bread. Melt butter, add poppy seeds, mustard and onion. Pour mixture over bread. Crumble bacon over bread. Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot!
