CAKE:
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
20oz. can crushed pineapple
FROSTING:
8oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients for cake, mixing well; pour into 13"x9" greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Test with toothpick.

Combine ingredients for frosting, mixing well; spread onto baked cake while hot. Cover, refrigerate.
