1/2 c. nut butter of your choosing
1/2 c. honey or agave nectar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. chocolate or dries fruit (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix nut butter, honey and salt until well mixed. Stir in oats, sunflower seeds and any additions. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven 8 to 10 minutes un tily lightly browned. Cool two minutes. Put on wire rack to cool completely.

My mother in law made these cookies for my husband and now I make them for our family on a regular basis. They're great because you can use whatever you have on hand and they make a perfect snack, breakfast or dessert!
