Fresh Halibut, stovetop stuffing,butter, hollandaise sauce

Directions:

set oven at 350º. in any size pan cover with butter both sides of halibut filets about 1 inch thick, to cover the pan bottom completely. cook and cool stovetop stuffing. put stuffing on top of halibut about 1 inch thick side to side. now do another layer of halibut on top of the stovetop stuffing. add butter to both sides. season to taste. cover and cook in oven for 35-45 minutes or until done.
prepare hollandaise sauce on stovetop. cut halibut into cake size pieces and pour hollandaise sauce over the top of each piece of halibut and serve.
