3/4 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. walnuts chopped

Directions:
mix first 5 ingredents then add spices. then add all but the flour mix well. add flour and mix till combined. bake 350 for 10 to 15 min.
