l yellow cake mix
5 T. butter
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling
2 T. sugar
Glaze:
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 T. corn syrup
1/2 T. water
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375 degrees. Melt butter in pan and set aside. In bowl combine: 1 1/2 c cake mix, yeast, flour, eggs, 2/3 c. warm water. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread dough in greased 13 X 9 pan. Set aside. In pan with butter combine rest of cake mix to make streusel topping. Mixture should be crumbly. Set aside. Spoon pie filling evenly over dough in pan and sprinkle the 2 T. sugar then streusel topping. Bake at 375 degrees 30 minutes. (may take a little longer).
Combine glaze ingredients and Drizzle over warm cake.
