4-6 lb. pork roast
1 16 ounce bottle salsa
1 can coke
2 cups brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork in crock and add rest of ingredients.
Cook on high for 5 - 8 hours depending on your crock pot and your altitude.
It should shred easily with a fork.

Alternate method: put roast in crock pot and fill it half way up with water. Cook on high for 5 hours, drain off water. Cut pork in thirds and add rest of ingredients and cook for 3 more hours. Shred.

Keep on low or warm until ready to serve.

Serve with Cilantro Lime Rice, Black Beans and Cilantro Jalapeņo Buttermilk Dressing. May serve with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese as a salad or in tortillas. From our favorite restaurant Cafe Rio.
