2 c. whipping cream
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
Can of jalapeņo peppers
1 tbsp. jalapeņo pepper juice
1 oz. Monterey jack cheese
1 oz. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat whipping cream. Stir in sour cream. When it's ready to boil and after sour cream has dissolved, reduce heat to medium.

Stir in chicken bouillon and jalapeņo juice.

Make roux by heating butter and flour - whisk until pale gold.

Increase heat on cream mix until almost boiling and add roux. Whisk until incorporated.

Remove from heat and stir in minced jalapeņo peppers and cheeses.
