5 cups sliced apples
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 Tablespoons tapioca
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pie crust for double crust pie

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon and tapioca in a large bowl. Pour into pie pan lined with crust. Top with second crust and cut slits in the top. Bake at 425º F 15 minutes, then reduce oven to 350º F and bake for another 45 minutes.
