1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 red onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1/2 c olives (green or black)
1 16 oz Italian salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into pieces. Combine with remaining vegetables. Pour dressing over all; chill. If calorie conscious, utilize Fat free or Light dressing. You may vary the veggies, depending on your crisper.
