Dip:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 (4 ounce) can sliced jalapenos (pickled), drained
2 jalapeno peppers, minced (deseeded, unless you like lots of heat!)

Top before baking:
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dip ingredients in a baking dish. Top with panko crumbs and parmesan cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top should be light brown and dip should be bubbly. Consider topping the finished dip with shredded lettuce, diced green onion, diced tomatoes, or diced cucumbers . . . whatever you like! Could easily see adding browned hamburger, sausage, chipped beef or bacon bits. Serve with corn chips, veggies or use as a cheese spread on a sandwich.
